Track Purchase Order Fiori App- Paid Icon issue

Hi Experts,

For Track Purchase order fiori app. I am having a few paid invoices but still the paid Icon (button) on UI is not showing active as shown below.

Inputs will be highly appreciated.

What is the support package? SP02?

Have you applied mandatory notes mentioned in the install guide?

● 1857512 Corrections for APP Track Purchase Order

● 1855299 PO Status Tracking (SRA020): Fixes for first release

I would check the OData call by inspect element on Chrome browser. Then test it in the transaction /IWFND/GW_CLIENT. If OData response has paid information, it means issue is in UI side. If there is no paid information, issue is in OData ABAP backend side. Please find which side of issue.

Hi Masa,

Thanks for the information. Both notes were applied already and SP level 0000.

I have checked the Odata call. Its not showing any paid amount info and paid date though empty tags are coming, the status is Invoiced only. But if I checked the cleared items in FBL1n for the vendor, it is appearing there. I am wondering how the cleared(paid) invoice details not showing in Fiori.

Please suggest.

You should apply SP02.
