no right-click menu is when creating context-menu

Hi,

I'm doing some tutorials on web dynpro for ABAP.

One exercise wants me to create a context_menu.

I'm in 'VIEWS' >> tab 'LAYOUT'.

When i right-click my mouse on [CONTEXT_MENU] i am supposed to see a small menu where i can choose to "context-menu einfügen"

But i do not see that menu, nor anything else.

Nothing happens.

How can this be fixed?

Can't seem to close the issue.

I've seen the menus in later versions of ECC so it was either forgotten at installation or added later on.
