SAP System Measurment report Error BV 130

Hi Gurus,

I am attempting to complete my licencing Audit my system is giving me some grief. All the other system are working fine but one system is giving error.

When i run USMM it says one job terminated. If i proceed ignoring this then i am not able to download the LAW file.

Below is the error screen of SM37. Please suggest.

Kindly refer the SAP Note 1900773 - System measurement job RSUVM017 terminates sporadically

Note 1586326 - Transaction USMM, background jobs terminate

Please check the below note.

Note 1130799 - Measurement job 0000 "Measurement Extensions" terminates

If you are in the list of the support pack in the note.

Please provide the support pack version.
