Mail to responsible person not working with supplement

Hi gurus!

I have an issue I would like to share with you!

We have customized three tolerance limits: 80% warning, 90% Warning with MAIL to person responsible, and 100% Error message.

The three limits work properly when assigning original budget. But after exceeding this budget, I assign a supplement. And only 2 out of three limits work with the new budget (original + supplement). Warning and error work correctly, but no e-mail is sent when 91% of the actual budget is reached.

Do you know what to do?

Hi,

Please check the following settings:

1.'Person responsible' field  must be there in WBS master.

2.User id of this user in OPS6.

3. SCOT settings (with BASIS/Security) guy.

4.If SCOT settings are proper,check if the mail is coming in SOST.
