Material PO text in Contract not transferred in PO nothing printed in output --Need help

Hello Every Body,

Example: Contract line item 10 has texts say "TEST"

When PO is created upon approval, it should also show the same text in PO line item under description, but there is nothing mentioned in output ?

What can I do for the text of the post contract to descend in PO ?

you need to maintain copying rules....for the Contract Item  Text object and the PO item text object.

in case of item text --> SPRO - Materials Management - Purchasing - Purchase Order - Texts for Purchase Orders - Define Copying Rules for Item Texts.

in the Copying rule config, you can  select the Text ID ->Text linkages -. find the source object and linkage select F4 you will get the option " Blank"  means automatically copy

That is functions copying rule it has nothing to do with print out.  Once the text is copied to your PO, then check if it comes in the Print.

Hi,

1/ Are you sure the PO is created in reference to the contract ?

2/ check custo set up in MM-->Pur.-->Purchase Order (PO)-->Text for PO--> define cpy rules.
