Getting short dump "buffer table not up to date" in SRM if we add attachment with very long description in Shopping cart

Hello All ,

We have upgraded from SRM EHP1 to EHP2 recently and found the strange thing that

If we create a shopping cart with attachment which has TOO LONG description users are getting dump in backend as "buffer table not up to date" in SRM 5 i know system rescticts user with error message showing in Shopping cart creation screen only with error _ Document lenght is more than 40

character" . Else it should be " Document name exceeds allowed length"

Please help.

Just to add this above SC is not at all getting created , users are getting Message on SRM Portal screen as ERROR IN PROCESSING > check ST22 for more details.
