integration of SAP TM 8.1 with SCM System

Dear Experts

we have installed SAP TM 8.1 addon in our landacape and now we want to integrate the functionality of this SAP TM8.1 to SCM system.please provide any steps for configuration of this. i am new to this and am trying to search on this but i am unable to get the details about configuration , please help me about this.

Thanks for ur quick reply, but the above EWM integration is seems to be ERP system integration. can we follow these to SCM also. and also i have one doubt regarding the SCM Optimizer which has to be installed with SAP TM8.1.

what we can do using scm optimizer after installing it, is it useful to connect to SAPTM8.1 system

please provide a liitle bit in this interms of connectivity between SAPTM8.1 to SCM
