SAP Fiori Timesheet Approval Error II

Hi,

We have successfully setup a Fiori Timesheet request application, but we when we try to approve timesheet entries the approval was not sent to the backend.

We can submit the approval, but once the submission is complete, the list was emptied by the application and prompts success.

When we click back to the application (Approve Timesheets) via Fiori Launchpad, the entries still exist and the changes are not reflected at the backend.

There are no errors from the browser or from the /IWFND/ERROR_LOGS, and all approval/rejection are working from the back-end side

Hi Gin,

Were you able to resolve this issue?  We're experiencing this intermittently as well at a client that I am on.  We're on UISRA010 100 (SP 03) and as I said, it can't be reproduced each time.

Any advice you could offer would be helpful.

Hi Erin,

Is this happening in IE? There is a caching issue with IE.

1952238: Fiori Approve Timesheets : Caching issue with IE9 should resolve the issue on IE.

Are you using CATS?

We have implemented Fiori for a customer and did not find this issue.

You need to recheck the

My Timesheet

on Page 23 of the Fiori10_install_en.pdf by SAP.

Specifically recheck the note (I assume you are on 600).

Yes, we are using CATS.

We already applied the sap note indicated in the installation guide.
