PI 7.1 SP12 - error when creating licence data

Hello !

We've upgraded from PI 7.1 SP05 to SP12, and since then we are getting flooded by the following messages in sm21 :

"WF-BATCH DIA Error when creating licence data (Message ....)

Documentation for system log message XI 4 :

The Integration Server compiles runtime data for XI auditing. The compilation failed for an individual message."

I've searched around, did not find anything relevant to this issue.

Any ideas on where to find information about this error ? or how to solve it ?

Hi,

Although I have not encountered this error but seems like a post installation issue.

Please go to T code SWF_XI_CUSTOMIZING and check if everything is fine.

RFC status was in RED - RFC existed, but user WF-BATCH was missing role SAP_XI_BPE_SERV_USER_MAIN

Seems to have solved the issue. thanks again
