ChaRM - Restricting Business Partners

Hello,

We want to restrict the BPs partners that can be selected in a ZMHF transaction.  We have an IT organization with different IT Groups, one for FI/CO, other for HCM, and so on.  There is one Change Manager by group.  In the ticket we are assigning a BP function for the Team, other for the Change Manager and finally the developer.

We want to assign developer from a restricted list of bps based on the Organizational Unit where the Change Manager belongs to.  We dont want to show the whole list of BPs.

We want to reproduce the behavior of how the SMIN ticket works for  SLFN0003 (Support Group)  and SLFN0004 (Processor). 

Which would be the correct approach?
