I have unlocked SAPSR3 user , still the problem remains

Change the passowrd of the SAPSR3 user and everything will be alright

brconnect -c -u / -f chpass -o SAPSR3 -password P@ssw0Rd

as per the above log..Can you check if listener is started ....if you are working with windows go to services.msc and start Oracle listener service

If you are with UNIX or linux system  - login as orasid and run command lsnrctl start

..See if you could start sap services after starting listener

What is the the SID of the database ?

Are you connecting to the right database and running the query ?

HI,

Your R3trans is trying to connect to SE1 database.Try and figure out what is your oracle database SID SMP or SE1?

If it is SE1 you need to check if listener for SE1 database is running.

If it is SMP you need to check your environment vriables

Checking the log we can see:

If you have any lock or expired account check note 1627312.

Also, your system seems to be with a really old configuration:
