GRC10 -SoD report for Critical Action

In GRC10, for User Level SoD Analysis, there is an option to run for "Crtitical Action". When we run the report using this option, there is no output (just blank). Where do we maintain Critical Actions or Critical Permissions? (I do see an option to maintain rules for Critical Roles/Profiles but not for Critical Actions/Permissions).

Do you have any risks that are a single function only and not SOD?

Thanks Colleen! We don't have single function risks. However, I now see the option for Critical Action when tried to create a risk with single function.

One more question: I have created a "Critical Action" risk with single function and setup Alerts for this risk. I do get email alert when a user executes transactions defined in this risk but when I go to NWBC, I don't see this alert under "Access Management -> Access Alerts -> Conflicting and Critical Risk Alerts". I have run synch jobs and alert jobs. What am I missing?
