Since moving to kernel 7.20+EXT, patch level 426, when we release multiple shipments, with multiple bills of lading, which all are set to print 4 copies, the output gets "interlaced" at print time. i.e. BOL #1 will print pages 1 and 2, then page 1 of BOL#2, then page 3 of BOL #1, then page 1 of BOL #3 ...... It seems to happen whether we use access method 'C' or 'U'. When the printouts get to the windows printer queues, it is the same output file 4 times instead of one file with the copies attribute set to 4. And they all have the same timestamp. As you can imagine, this is a mess for shipping to sort through all these bills and put them back together in the right order. I didn't see any rogue copies of OVRPRTF in the library list. I am stumped. Any ideas? Thanks - Rick
FWIW - this is NOT an SAP issue. This is a Windows server issue.
