Credit Memo Approval

Hi,

I have a business scenario where a credit memo should be auto approved if it falls under some value or should be blocked if it falls above some value like a tolerence limit. Is it possible to setup tollerence limit for credit memo?

Yes quite possible through Workflow.  You have to take the help of ABAPer who have knowledge in Workflow also.

Without the help of your ABAPer, your requirement cannot be achieved.  Also, since SAP have provided a workaround solution to this, what is wrong in trying this.  For more details on this, go through this standard documentation.
