Track all orders with FA category in APO

Hi All,

We need to track all orders with category FA in APO.

Can you please help with table name or report that can be used to list out all orders with FA category.

Also as per my understanding FA category orders are created when P.I.R is transferred from E.C.C to APO and FC category orders is created when forecast is release from DP.

Hi, Please check whether BAPI BAPI_PIRSRVAPS_GETLIST helps here.

I'm not sure about CIF of PIRs but in case of forecast release, to category of the released forecasts is specified by uses in /sapapo/mc90 or /sapapo/mc8t. If you check the F1 help of the 'Category' field in /sapapo/mc90, which is very helpful, you'll see the default category is FA instead of FC.

Hi Amlan C,

You can use /SAPAPO/RRP1, the requirements list.  Filter out everything except forecast.

It will let you look up to 30 days in the past but there shouldn't be any forecasts that far in the past anyway.  (from my memory).  I'm sure there are more sophisticated ways to do it but your requirement was not detailed.
