Disp + Work Stopped

Dear experts,

I have a problem with Solution Manager 7.1  (windows+sql server)

Dispatcher be stopped and I can not log on into the system.

I tried to restart but without luck.

AS ABAP WP Table >> Empty

AS JAVA Process Table >>Empty

I know this is not a rare situation and I've been trying to search the forums but I can not find the solution.

Please check rsdb/obj/* parameters. If you do not sure about values try to reset them to default. After that try to start system again.

Roman N, Thanks for the answer.

Everything is green now.

rsdb/obj/buffersize was changed to 4096 and that was the reason.

In fact, 4096 is its default value (RZ11) but that just does not work.

Assigning any higher value to that just solved the problem.

This would be another question...

Hi ,

Please check if you have sufficient memory on your server . Work Processors are unable to create shared memory .

Actually the problem is memory problem, but the configuration; Not its size.
