Pricing procedure - VPRS

Good morning,

I have one issue rearding pricing procedure.

My procedure is as follows:

StepCTypFromToActKyDescription
70ZVPR

ERLCost price as of order creation date
75ZMGK70
ERLmarkup% 1
85ZGKZ7075ERLmarkup% 2
395

Net price
410MWST

MWSOutput Tax
705VPRS

Cost (avg. moving price from MM)

Means when I create an order it should work this way:

70     100,00 EUR          => posted to revenue FI

75     +13%                   => posted to revenue FI

85     +3%                     => posted to revenue FI

===============

395     116,39 EUR

===============

410     +19%                 => posted to tax account in FI

705     100 EUR             => will be posted to CO-PA

When order is billed, condition ZVPR should be just copied into invoice but not be updated by newest mov. avg. price from MM.

How can this be solved without! creating ZVPR condition table? Thought about RefConType to VPRS within ZVPR, but VPRS is no condition to be referenced 😞

Thanks in advance

Wolf.

If you want to copy the cost from the order, check the following note, example 1

  • Note 24832 - Pricing rules / TVCPF

Hi

These notes, and perhaps other useful note is SAP Note 24832 - Pricing rules / TVCPF. Here you can see how to determine again some conditions during billing. The key question is category condition and how it behaves.

If you want ZVPR will be a statistical condition and this will be a copy from VPRS it must be after VPRS in the sequence. But if I understand your requirement, you want to price using the cost plus a mark-up. Then you can create ZVPR as a formula condition (you will need to create a VOFM formula to solve it reading in table MBEW where you have the cost). Read the suggestions in note 24832 how to re-determine conditions in billing.

Other useful notes related with VOFM

SAP Note 327220 - VOFM function and its objects

SAP Note 156230 - Requirements: What is permitted, what is not?

Obviously, you need ABAP resources.

I hope this helps you

Thanks for your reply,

but this notes don't give me any ideas on how to solve this issue.

Is there no default process for pricing procedure with a cost price basis?

Hi Wofgang,

I can give a workaround solution

Just post MB11 with 411 E movement type, so that the VPRS cost will be posted and locked

Eventhough Moving average price is changed in material master, it would not have any impact on your VPRS for that particular order

Hi,

if you use copy control D this would not redetermine VPRS according to note 24832.
