Dear sd experts ,, if i am wrong plz excluse me this time

i have searched a lot but i didnt find

We can use display range functionality to display main item only or sub item only OR Displaying all items of BOM

even we can enter sub items in the sales order level but in Change mode we unable to see the sub items ( if maintained display range )

My doubt is once user created some BOM sales orders , while creating billing if he wants to know what are the sub items ?

Please ignore this if i am wrong , thanks a lot

Would you provide me what is the need to display only main item or sub item any logic is there?

Hi Venu,

In case of Free goods, If you dont want to display dependent component  such as free good item, then assign UHAU which will display only Main item

This is more relevant for Repair processing in SAP Customer service, where you will get number of sub item automatically determined while executing business transaction
