How to integrate the SAP IT Infrastructure Management and SAP solution Manager for using ITSM and ChaRM

SAP mentioned in document, based on technology and functionality from REALTECH's theGuard , where we can find this details?

whether this will help for ITIM and solution manager integration?

Is there a way to mark a CI as critical so that if that CI is down, it will calculate the priority of the incident?

Please let me introduce myself, I'm Matias Prado, I work as a SAP Product Manager ITIM.

Currently we are implementing the ITIM, we are in an initial phase, integration with sap solution manager 7.1.

I would like to ask you if you have some documentation focus in the managment of the tool that could share with me.

The SAP documentation I've found is too high level, I'm looking something more detailed respect of integration and monitoring by solman of managed object.

That's why I'm contacting you.

I'll appreciate all the help you can bring to me.
