Auction Line Item Attachment Feasibility

Hi Experts

Is it possible to attach files to line items during (1) Auction Creation (2) While supplier submit the bid.

We are in SRM 702 & using ABAP LAC.

You should be able to add attachments by navigating Notes/Attachments in Auction. You can also use the BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI to add attachments to the document. For vendor Bid the attachment cannot be added directly as the vendor submits the bid through LAC applet and response is created though the background job. You can use the above BADI to add attachment,
