Alert Monitor don't work

Hi experts,

Please, I need help for revision my configuration about alerts for SNC.

Alert configuration:

Alert type:

Message Profile with fields:

Message XML "ok":

However alert monitor don't works:

Please someone have a solution.

Hi Okamoto,

Have you activated alert types?

If not then activate the alert types:

Go to

SPRO >> Supply Network Collaboration >> Exceptions >> Alert Type Activation >> Activate Alert Types

Click on new entry and enter alert type 7051 & 7052 then save the entries.

SPRO >> Supply Network Collaboration >> Basic Settings >> Validation >> SAP standard Settings >> Display Settings for Standard Validation Profiles

ACTIVE

can you check above setting is there or not.

If it is not then

SPRO >> Supply Network Collaboration >> Basic Settings >> Validation >> Own Settings >> Maintain Settings in Validation Profiles

save the changes.

If validation setting is there then can you check dumps and system logs ST22 & SLG1.

what error you are getting.
