After completing configuration for the SAP SRM User Interface Add-on we have noticed the screen to "continuously load" when trying to complete various activities (e.g. toggling between screens, viewing various screens).
Here is a screenshot of the continuous load when trying to view the Cart after adding 1 item (the screen sort of goes dark and just continues to load)
Complete - Activate SAP NetWeaver Gateway
Complete - Maintain SAP Alias (Local)
Complete - Activate & Maintain Services
Complete - Activate Gateway Services
Complete - Activate SICF Services
Any recommendations as to why the screens will not load?

Are there any logs in SLG1 or any dumps in ST22.We were also getting this issue and could see lot of dumps in SLG1.Check if that helps

Thank you for your reply.
I have checked the ST22 log. I continue to receive the below errors. I am unsure of what they mean and all SDN research leads to the SAP NetWeaver Gateway being configured (however mine seems to be configured correctly).

Hi,
I just installed the SRM Add-on SP02 in our sandbox. It works fine. I am hoping you are installing SP02. I worked with Basis team and followed each and every step listed in the config guide. If it still does not work, please open a SAP oss message.
