ITSM Service Desk don´t send mail to message_processor

Hello experts,

We're using SOLMAN 7.1 with Service Desk functionality enabled so that the consultants can open called for support of the project team.

 

Our partner made ​​configuration cena'rio the Service Desk and was working until the last 26 days. In this day something occurred in the environment and the system stopped sending e-mail informing you of new calls.

 

The workflow sending emails continues to function normally open tickets before 26th.

In tcode SPPFP I have the following entry: CRM_ORDER SMPR_ACTIONS 8000000010 SMPR_CREATE_EMAIL_DOC recorded on the last 26th.

 

I tried to delete this entry but the system informs you that the object is locked: The application object is locked. The message. SPPF014

Any idea what it might be?

I'm new in SOLUTION and never configured the ITSM. All help is welcome

Hello Fabio,

Run SM12 tocde and check who locked the object. Also check action  log using CMRD_orde paste  incident message id (probabley 8000000010) and go to action tab and paste the log.
