How Create Step by Step new notification - GRAC_Control_Maint

Hi guys,

I need to create a notification to AC 10.0 for  monitor. 

My workflow is set to route approvals to the approver, but I need to send a notification to the monitor also. after being approved.

Please is possible describe step by step. How to do it ?

Hi Martha

Have you identified or created an Agent for the Notification? Have you also identified the notification template you want to send?

To set the notification to send once approval is obtained (just before workflow is closed out), under Process Global Settings Tab you can set an END_OF_REQUEST notification to send this notification out.

and in notification setting use it for sending notification.

END_OF_REQUEST - GRAC_MITCC_WORK_ITEM - GRAC_CURRENT_APPROVERS
