Revenue Recognition in IT companies

Hi Team,

How in SAP an IT company recognise its revenue

An IT company will have Projects like T& E , Flat Fee, Fixed Bid, FTE based .I know how revenue is recognized But want to know how SAP Handles it .

I have searched and dont find any IS specific to it and I know IT compaies Use SAP and they follow Z transaction and Z  logic is build to achieve.

My question is - DO Sap have a a standard best practice for it  or Sap wont support this procedure
