Sharath,
That is the right link; it is the link to download the content of the DVD for the Advanced Production Scheduling RDS solution. I am guessing that you do not have access to SAP service marketplace.
You may be willing to settle for some other BP PP/DS docs, which do not require a service marketplace user account, such as
Production Planning configuration guide
http://help.sap.com/bp_bblibrary/documentation/s16_bb_configguide_en_de.dochttp://help.sap.com/bp_bblibrary/documentation/s16_bb_configguide_en_de.doc
Detailed Scheduling configuration guide
http://help.sap.com/bp_bblibrary/470/documentation/s18_bb_configguide_en_de.doc
These are older docs, but still useful.
You can find such docs by searching help.sap.com.

Sharath,
If you can logon but you cannot download, that probably means that your Service Marketplace authorization profile does not permit downloading. Please see the person in your company that administers your SM credentials; it is usually a Basis person. If your company has the rights to download those docs, then your admin can download them, or he can optionally grant download rights to company employees.
This is what you should see:
For more info about Rapid Deployment Solutions, read the info in the link provided by expert Rajesh. In general, the scope is usually a bit more limited than in a regular project, and the project duration is generally shorter. You end up with a specific set of WORKING functionalities, which have been used countless times by other companies.
