Hi Expert,
I am searching for automatic incident creation from email using ERMS integration with ITSM in solman 7.1 SP08.
I have checked the spro-> solution manager -> customer relationship management -> interaction center webclient/ and also E-Mail Response Management System
But not able to find any document or link for particular integration.
Please provide more details on ERMS integration.

Check SAP Notes 925554 and 882653
Also, I think you are aware that you need separate license for using ERMS with Solution Manager
