Issue in t.code VL10H..

Hello Expert,

We are facing a strange issue while executing T.code VL10H with

variant.

After executing VL10h when we click on show hide button we get list of

delivered line items with the good movements status as C and A. It

should only show line items with goods movement status as A.

When we change the variant and save it and execute it on the same

screen we get the deliveries only with the goods movement status A but

when we execute the existing created variant on new screen, then the

deliveries with good movement status with C and A are displayed.

However in new screen with the same variant , Click on user role tab

and then execute ,we get the deliveries with good movements status as

A only.

We have checked from our end Its working fine in quality server but

problem is with production server.

Please let us know root cause and solution for same.

Hai Sunny,

In standard report, system is not giving Default Tick option during Variant creation.

After Executing the report, Go to

Settings

     - Layout

          - Manage  - Next to the ZVariant Click the Default setting

And execute the report, it will display records with Status A (which is filtered in layout)

Hi Mani,

In the layout Default setting is alredy clicked ...

i am not getting MANAGE button in settings-->Layout.

There were only 4 option available:

Setting-->Layout-->

                          Current

                           Choose

                          Save

                          Administration

Can you pleese guide me for this..

May be in production you have huge data and where as in quality the data may be less.Delete the varient and recreate the varient then check again.Also check with Basis team they will help you and some times memory issue you will face this problem.

But we have same number of variants in quality and production ..Also i have checked with basis they are not able to find anything ,is there any user role issue ??

If it is trelated to role issue then the problem occuring for only one user or all users.If it is only one user then we need to check with the Security team.Can you confirm the problem is to every user ?.

Yes the problem is with every user ..

No cahnges moved to production which impact this transaction ,i am not sure what strange is going on.

The only thing i have noticed that user has made some changes in the standard Variant (Excluded the sales order with delivery block) i guess something has been changed in system level .

Can you please suggest what are the possibilities for this issue..

If possible compare the variant quality one with Production system.If you not able to trace then best option delete the varient and create new varient then check what is happening .
