Hi, We have a scenario SFTP to SFTP while sending the file getting below error :
Exception received: com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: timeout: socket is not established.
Can you please help me...

are you sure your firewall / proxy is configured properly? Socket timeouts often occur due to closed firewalls.
Have a look at this:

You can find your exception there. Maybe the receiver is not available or you have to increase the timeout value in your adapter.

That error message is documented in the following wiki:
Set a higher timeout and/or check the hostname/IP address of the source/target server.
