SAP SRM / OCI / Internet Explorer

We have launched our new webshop which does not support Internet Explorer "Compatibility View". Customers using SAP SRM and using our webshop within SRM cannot access all features from our website. Even if we deactivate the compatibility mode for Internet Explorer it seems this has no impact within SRM. Did someone had similar experience? And a solution?

Dear Roger,

Have you tried the SAP note 1511147.

If not, could you please follow the instructions in this note and see if it works.

Hi Roger,

We had the same issue in SRM and you need to maintain the website under trusted sites.

Hi Aswini,

yes, I saw note 1511147. The note recommends to use the compatibility view. But this is exactly our problem. We cannot use the compatibility view, if we use it our webshop does not work.
