Dear Experts,

      My content server link to HCM PA20,PA30 & PA40 is not working, the employee photos are linked to the content server.While accessing the repository via CSADMIN am getting the below error.

Solved the issue by Consultants, The Link is damaged from content server side. they recreated it and the system is working fine now.

Hi Prathish,

You need to check the below things and involved the basis team.

1. Check whether the Content server is up or not.

2. also telnet the port from your ECC server

    telnet sapsoldms 1090 (its a standard port for Content server)

Hi,

go in Oac0 . Check the repository Z4.

Then check the host name and the port. Why are you not using fully qualified hostname .

Then Second thing check that the certificate tab you can see the cert are active .

then run program RSCMSPWS. give the repository name Z4 and user id and password of your content server database. Enter that in CAPITAL.

Please also check that contentserver service is active and has user id maintained in SICF.

Is there any firewall between the web server and the server.

What are you using apache or IIS.

First check whether the Content Server is running.

There will be a Apache or IIS installed. Check whether it is started.
