Within tx SPAD verify that the print method you selected is correct, and that you did not put a typo in the printer name or the print server name.
On the print server you also have to verify that the printer is showing up in SAPSprint which can be done by reviewing the log that SAPSprint creates on every startup.
Below is an example of how SPAD should look for the mapping:
"Printer name is invalid"
Looks like printer is not defined or incorrectly defined at the OS layer

Kindly check the Host spool server (On windows server) Printer is defining in the right way & Service started or not? (SAPsprint service on host spool server)
