Multiple copies of EWA received after sp08 Upgrade

hi

Our solution manager system got upgraded to 7.1 SP08 from 7.1 SP06

Now we are facing couple of issues as beloe

1.We have received muilple copies of EWA for single system .We recieved almost 7 Copies of same report

Please let me know how can we fix this issue

2.Also previously we used to received email for EWA from one email address and now that is got changed to different email address

We have not done any manual changes here

Please help me to fix these two issues

But regarding email part i wanted to know how the sender email address can be changed ?

Hi Saravanan,

Goto se38-> RDSMOP_MAIN -> click the solution and check the EWA service schedule.

Normally this issue will arises when same system is added in more than one solution.

So during SM:EXEC_Service job trigger, same system added in more than one solution, will get more than one alert. for every solution define.

So go to every soltion and check the system, if it has more than one addition, remove it.

So it will fix this issue.

hi,

1. go to solman_workcenter -> System Monitoring workcenter -> Setup -> In the top left corner you can see

Configure Automatic Reports Mailing

Here, you can define the new email address.


2. Down below you can see the EWA report setting select

Configuration for all solutions

check, how many times you scheduled for each system with "Send" option
