How i can create Service Order in CRM and Replicate to ERP IS-U Service Order?

Hi Everybody,

i have new requirement, my client want create a Services Order in CRM and replicate this to IS-U for continued  the process in transactions IW3*..,

Somebody know how i can do this? or how i can integrate Service Order SAP CRM with ERP IS-U.

Hi,

You can create Service Order from CRM by using CRM_UI transaction. In CRM_UI, first give the NMI and confirm it, then go to the Service Notification tab. In service notification tab, you can create, update or display ans Service Order created from CRM.

Once you create Service Order, it will automatically be replicated in ISU and you can see in IW53.

This is enabled in CRM702 with a standard native CRM view.

Hi William,

Thanks for your colaboration then the  IUSO transaction type  is the crm view native? and  this transaction type automatically replicate to ERP Service Order.

I understood right?
