Need to blcok sales order

Hello Guru's,

need a suggestion

My customer requires the following feature in SAP.

Requirement:-

We would ilke to know whether there is any Block in Customer Master Data which allow to create Quote(ZQT,ZAVI) but not allow to creat Order (ZOR, ZWVI)?

I did on xd05 to block the customer but it is allowing me to create sales order and contracts.

Please let us know do we have such block ? block should allow to create quote but it should prevent to convert to order and contract?

Please assist the alternatives

Hi Shabbeer,

This can be restricted via the role & authorization for the user, where-in the user will be allowed to create only quotes and not orders, the authorization should be allowed for quote doc types only.
