How to delete/cancel entire sales order through message type "ODRCHG" via inbound idoc

Hi All,

I have requirement to modify sales order through the inbound Idoc.

I used the message type ODRCHG for it.

I want to know through which field entry in the segments I can delete the sales order.

Scenario is this that if one line item is there and if decision is there want to delete the sales order.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

There are two possible ways to achieve this :--

01. Thru 860 ( ORDCHG) you can make its qty = 0.

02. You can reject the line item thru suitable rejection code thru ORDCHG.

** I think we can not delete the Sales Orders once created . Also we should not delete it as this will helps in tracking.

Thanks for your reply.

I have also covinced to accept the rejection of line item.

As I was able to delete the line item also.
