Dear all,

I´m facing problems again on the phase 4.4. Set Authentication Policy of Agents after had passing throught. I had to go back because after finished synchronization of my LMDB I had to Migrate the Technical System from SMSY and there I had no Productions system on my SMSY or SLD.

Now it recommended me to re-run the step 4.4 and I end up on this error.

Can someone help me.

Here is the erro message:

Also,

In SOAMANAGER :-

Check it for consumer proxy CO_DIAGSTP_WS_DIAG_SETUP and logical port DIAGSTP_WS_LOCAL_PORT. Provide results here.

https://websmp210.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000938382012E.pdf ( pg.32)

Also try the option: Use  Basic Authentication(user/password)

Himanshu

Hi Neslon,

You can check the status of DIA agents in SAP MMC itself, by default it will installed whenever you do the installation.

To find the LMSERVICE patch level, login to http://hostname:50000/ and click on system information, where you can see the software components version on clicking all software components, search for LMSERVICE Tools.

Hi nelson,

With DIA agent i talk about diagnostic agents.

To find out theLMSERVICE patch level:-

1. Go to http://hostname.fqdn:8000/index.html

2. Go to system information.

3. In software components check the component LM-SERVICE
