Problem in Internet Service (ITS)

Hi Experts, Good Day.

I have created a RF Transaction with screen size 16 X 20 in module pool programming and I have created an Internet service for that transaction for HHT device application. When I am testing that service I am getting the following error message in my browser.

Message : Oops! Google Chrome could not find **********************:8000.

* I have published Internet Service

* I have activated ITS successfully

* I have configured respective User in LRFMD.

Can any one please guess the problem and let me know.

Check this document and Activate and configure all required services and parameters.

Thanks for quick response. I followed your link and I found all the configurations and settings in my system are same as mentioned in the document. Can you guess what else could be the problem?

Did you try it from internet explorer ?

is the parameter icm/host_name_full maintained correctly ? (you might have to restart the server once it is maintained, please check)

Also try to restart ICM by executing Tcode SMICM Administration->ICM->Exit hard->Global.

Also check with Basis guys whether the port is opened or not ?
