Hi,

1. I have created 1 activity having normal duration of 4 days & work assigned 10 hrs.

2. I have confirmed the activity partially for 1 hrs (work remain 9 hrs)

3. again I confirmed activity by 8 hrs (work remain 1 Hrs)

4. Now  I have cancelled both the confirmation by cn29.

5. activity status get changes from MCNF to REL

when I see the date tab dates are blank but it showing actual work as 17 hrs?

It must shows remaining work as 10 hrs as i have revers all the confirmation.

Thank you very much.

Hi, Thanks to all.

Problem solved by applying SAP Note 1774633.

Hello,

As Mr.Sudhakar suggested no actual work is showed in your screenshot. It is the forecast work as per the calculations of scheduling.

Please have clear snap shot for your reference in which remaining work is shown as 17 hrs

Hi,

Try CJEN to reconstruct the data base. does actual costs also showing against this actual work in CJI3?.

Thanks,

Hi,

When you cancelled the confirmations, actual start date must be showing blank since you have cancelled the confirmations.

I did not see any actual work 17 hrs from the screen shot but forecatetd work is showing as 18 hrs. if you look at the screen shot it showing 10 hrs work.

Earliest start of an activity has been passed without confirmation and hence forecast hours have been increased. Aslo note that you have not either total and free floats available, I guess this activity might be on critical path.

Thanks,

Sudhakar

And you might refer to notes 88522 and 146929 as well.

Hello,

Try checking in CJI3 to know from where this cost is coming.

Thanks for prompt reply..But the issue is not with cost, it is with remaining work.
