Try to use the SCN search, perhaps you dont find the exact scenario, i dont know, but im sure you can find examples of sender SOAP and examples of how configure inbound proxy.
Note - it's a proxy to soap scenario but the development will remain the same, the only additional step is that u have to create WSDL file for Sender system (search SDN u will find how to do the same) so that it can consume the WSDL and send message to SAP PI.
