Ensure HA virtualization compatibility in solution manager 7.1 for JAVA

Hello, in Soluton manger 7.1 managed config. step 5   " enter System parameters"  There is a section for java systems to check the

"ensure HA virtualization compatibility". Is there any documentation on how this feature is used?  I have the seen documnets  on solution manager diagnostic  agent stragety and it just says  "be sure to mark the Ensure HA virtualization compatibility' for Java systems. But would  like more info on how this is used.

Thanks for the reference notes, I am still having issues with Wily . I attached a word doc with an example of the problem I am having viewing a dashboard from and solution manager alert email.
