Reports out of spec results

A client has two reporting requirements. Is there a way to get this done with any standard SAP reports (for example QGA4).

1. Overview of all out of spec results. We don't use defect management.

2. Number of tests over specific period.

Hope this is easily done using QGA4.

Hi,

Try Tcode QGA2, Select Characteristic valuation as 'R' & other as per you required. Execute & You will get the Characteristic that are rejected.

Hi, QGA2 is surely helpful as this has characteristic wise valuation as input field.

However I wonder about number of tests over specific period. What and how the records are calculated for this? Does this point to number of inspection lots cleared during specific period?
