Hi,

We have soap to idoc scenario and in one of the nodes of the soap channel we are getting below mentioned error. Tried restarting channel, Service but no relief.

When we tried creating new channel with other name its working fine. So tried deleting existing one and create new one with same name But still getting the same error.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

thanks and regards,

Praveen T

Why don't you re-create a channel with a differnt name and try since you said you created a new channel with a different name

Hi Ram,

Actually the issue is in production and then the sender system has to update the new URL which we wanted to avoid. so was trying to avoid this step. Finally we have created a new channel and its working fine now.

thanks and regards,

Hi Praveen,

can you please share the pi details(version details).I think it seems some basis issue,as they are the owner of PI admin part. Please share the verssion details and also check with basis team. They can restart the java stack and after that it will get sorted out.

Regards,

Abhi

Hi Praveen,

Which environment is this issue occuring in?  If this is not in PRD, a Java restart usually corrects such issues.

Also, is there an availability time set for this channel?

My suggestion would be try selecting the 'Automatic Control' once and then try stop/start again.

Regards,

Rakesh.

Praveen,

What´s is the version of SAP PI ?

Do you restart the javastack ?

Depend of the SAP PI version I saw once the BASIS stop the adapter into NWA and forgot about it, not just a simple stop at runtime workbench CC.

Viana.
