Ecatt GUI recording failure..

Hi

When I try to record in eCATT using the SAPGUI_REC command, normally a "GUI recording start box " appears when I can click "start recording" and begin recording - this is OK - but now suddenly the expected "Stop recording" box are not showing up and therefore nothing to save when I try to record my process.

Please -some hints 😞

What SAPGUI version and patchlevel is installed?

Does the menu item ALT+F12 -> SAPGUI Recording and playback show active,or greyed out?

Thanks for fast respondig - I run via CITRIX on SAPGUI 730 patch level 1

Regarding scripting allowed - yes all they'r all black

Amazing a have create script tha last couple of day but suudenly this GUI thing are messes up..

Not sure will a scripting trace reveal the issue.

Try opening a session, then ALT+F12 -> Options -> Traces -> Session trace.

Place a checkmark in Scripting,then apply, then recrete the issue again,

a trace should be captured (hopefully with errors).

Try installing a later patch such as 5 or 6
