Hello All,

We have SAP CRM 7.0 on ehp2. We have TREX installed.

Program ESH_IX_CRT_INDEX_OBJECT_TYPE is failing with following error :

Object Type: USER_AUTHORITY

Could not rename index ESH:SID200~SID200~CRM_ACCOUNT%%33321C71

TREX call terminated with TREX engine error. Error code: 5508

Error message: NameServer error: no servers found

Authorization indexing unsuccessful for object type USER_AUTHORITY

Indexing ended with error

Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

The TREXADMIN txn shows everything in GREEN. There are no error messages.What is the reason for its failure? What else to check?

Please provide inputs.

Each job executes program ESH_IX_CRT_INDEX_OBJECT_TYPE with a variant that

holds the execution parameters. Among others, the template ID is saved. To view

them, call transaction SE38 and start program ESH_IX_CRT_INDEX_OBJECT_TYPE,

select Variants, and specify the variant number from the job log.

Caution

Even if the initial indexing is flagged as successful, dumps could still have been

generated. Therefore, it is important that you scan for errors in the dump database.

Note

If you encounter exception CX_ESH_IF_NOT_SUPPORTED, regarding business

transaction authorization templates such as CRM_ACE2_BP_UCT,

CRM_ACE2_LC_UCT, CRM_ACE2_LC_AC, CRM_ACE2_PR_UCT, CRM_ACE2_BP_ACL,

CRM_ACE2_PR_ACL, CRM_ACE2_OO_ACL, CRM_ACE2_OO_UCT, or

CRM_ACE_USER_OTS, you may have to activate the corresponding extraction BAdI

(definition BADI_ESH_IF_OBJECT_DATA, implementation

CRM_ESH_1O_AUTHORITY) manually.

Hi Rahul,

Please check the RFC detination of TREX .

Please provide ICM log , is there any issue with icm.

you can just restart the icm.
