Hi experts,
I need help with the following ITSM situation:
Everytime when a new incident is created, an email should be automatically send to an external email address.
Do you have any ideas on how to solve this issue?

In adidtion to above suggestions
visit this new blog and feature available in SP08
also make a note that email is triggered to value stored in BP for the employee
and scot settings thus it will meet your need based upon configurations.
