Solman_Setup : Basic Configuration 3.1 Configure CA Wily Introscope Error.

Hello All,

I have installed Solman 7.1 SP 8  , in Solman_Setup : Basic configuration Step 3.1 i have imported existing Installation of Wily Enterprise Manager  .

When i provide User Management details for connection user i am getting below error.

"Users generation failed on enterpise manager, reason Unexcepted error occurs in method Em users generat"

Also Status of Wily Enterprise Manager is showing as offline.

Hi,

Please note that what's important is the LM-Service version, if you are

on SP08 you need to have LM-Service SP08 PATCH 2 or higher.

Please make sure that you have the patches applied to support Wily

9.1.5.0 -> Note 1868086 - Solution Manager support for Introscope 9.1.5

Please check the permissions of the Wily Enterprise Manager installation directory.

I had a similar issue in the past, caused by wrong permissions.
