Currency translation for CN41N report

Hi Experts,

Project planning is created with currency CHF i.e. Swiss Franc.

While executing CN41N report output is shown in EURO i.e. as per Controlling Area currency EURO.

Client want CN41N report should display out put in CHF i.e. Swiss Franc only.

In Planneing profile; planning currency is set to Object Currency.

SAP note 1628596 is also implemented with prerequisite notes 1626081, 1628475, 1628595. Also no luck with RPP0 transction.

Pl suggest any other option for currency conversion (from EURO to CHF) in standard CN41N report.

Hello Avinash,

Check if currency exchange rate is maintained in OB08 correctly.

You can take help of FI consultant.

Thank you for your response.

I have double-checked, the currency exchange rate is maintained correctly.

Selection in CN41N is also opted for object Currency, but yet the Budget OC column is blank.

Project cost plan OC and Actual cost OC is shown in controlling area currency i.e. in EURO.

Don't want to develop any other report, this is the only report client want.

How can we derive the object currency in CN41N report?

In that case, just check whether planning profile you have used is configured correctly.

Hello Tushar,

As earlier mentioned, the planning currency is already set to Object Currency, with Default Object Currency check in planning profile. The same profile is also mentioned in customer project profile.

In Budget profile, budgeting currency also set to Object Currecny with Default Object currency check.

Since why in standard CN41N report, output is not converting/showing in object currency.

The issue is resolved after implementation of note 1888213.

1888213 - Values with "Object currency" are displayed incorrectly in PS reports
