~ITSMOBILEDEVICEINCLUDE for OMNI XT10

Hi,

We are using the IE on OMNI XT10 to run our ITS services. The problem is that an auto enter is not being issued after each scan and the cursor stays in the same field.

Also we are reading GS1 2d barcode through the device. However the invisible FNC1 separator, is not being scanned or passed to the input fields and hence the decoding doesn't happen correctly.

Can these two issues be solved by setting the parameter ~ITSMOBILEDEVICEINCLUDE. If yes what should I put in this parameter.

I saw samples for various browsers in ITSMOBILE01 but could not understand much

Please help urgently

Thanks for the Reply. We tried evrything on these threads but it didn't work out

Our Configuration parameters are as below. I don't know where am I going wrong. The scanner device is OMNI XT10. The barcode being scanned is a 2D GS1 datamatrix barcode with a <gs> separator

Hi Neha,

Recommendation would be to use the Industrial Browser - i.e Naurtech Browser here as per

http://www.strategicmobility.com/mobile-computers/handheld-computers/psion/omni

(click on: 'VIEW FULL SPECIFICATION GUIDE')

for the autotab feature to work in this instance. (autotab rather than autoenter - as I believe you want to jump to the next field and not the next screen)

Oisin
