EEM - suppress performance alarms based on the workmode

SCN folks,

We are on Solman 7.1 SP06.  I am doing EEM with 2 robots.

Issue

I want to suppress performance alarms for certain scripts based on the workmode the robot is under.

See that I have created a NON-Business Hours work mode for robot named glz9gj1D

So this robot is currently in the NON-Business Hours workmode .

Based on that, I want to suppress any performance alarms for that workmode for any scripts that run on that robot during that time:

I have the 4 scripts above. For all BUT EEM Selfcheck, they run on  robot glz9gj1D.  and I want to suppress the performance alarms during  the NON-Business Hours work mode

ALL My scripts are set to suppress alerts from the "Alert" step --> Scripts tab --> script name

this is just one, but all are set like this

I have checked the box for each script that says "Suppress Alert" for "NON-Business Hours workmode "

BUT….I’m still getting alarms for performance!

And I am getting emails

Per the “suppress” action in the “alerting” tab, I should not be getting performance based alarms during this work-mode of “NON-Business hours”.

Why am I still getting them?????

I have reviewed all these notes:

  1. Note 1748968 - Collective corrections for the MEA Directory SP6
    (as of 10/3/2013 @ 12:40PM Central US)
AKA version 26 of the note was applied.
  2. Also applied this note:
Note 1752164 - Adding Managed Object name to metrics in E2E Analysis
    report
(we did not have this one previously.  same basic timestamp for
    application
  3. Note 1733457 - E2E Analysis report translation issue fix
    (prereq to 1752164)
  4. Note 1768544 - Corrections for EEM 7.1 SP06 and SP07
--> note says...post application "After applying the correction execute the task 'Perform tasks after upgrade' in step 2.4."
--> this really means go to solman config WC --> system prep --> step 3 (imp sap note) --> hit the "Launch the Post-Processing" execute
    button....
****we applied this one months ago really.  but I did the manual step
    again just in case *****

Any ideas at all???

thanks,

NICK

Doesn't look like I'm going to get a whole lot of help on SCN.  No biggie, I'll get a message open about it...
